CRAC and NICEC supported the development of the adult advancement and careers service by running two policy consultation events with experts from the careers and employment field.

Run on behalf of the government, the workshops made many important recommendations at an early stage, ensuring that those who work at the forefront of careers advice had a clear, practical input into the development of the service.
