Head of 14-19 Liaison

Salary: In the region of £25k pa

This is a shared role between icould/CRAC and bestCourse4me.  The role supports both organisations in the delivery of their liaison programmes for 14-19 year olds, working directly with schools, educational organisations and individuals in the target group.

 

This is a fixed term contract for one year, the salary will be in the region of £25k for the right candidate. 

The main responsibilities will include:

 

  • To work directly with schools, their governing and parent support bodies, and with other educational organisations for 14-19 year olds to promote our offering and an understanding of its added value. 
  • To provide feedback on ways in which we can both achieve our objectives better and lead the researching, validating and developing of user driven suggestions for improvements in our activities, products and services.
  • To provide significant intellectual input to CRAC’s ‘Decisions at 18’ conference and input to bestCourse4me conference contributions and facilitate relevant advisory and expert groups.
  • To seek opportunities for bestCourse4me and icould to be promoted at teacher and teacher training conferences and events 
  • Networking with 14-19 year olds and the appropriate supporting organisations (schools etc) to inspire confidence in our products and services. Building on existing products and/or services so that they meet current and future market needs. 
  • To lead and support any direct contact team members to ensure that objectives are met.

 

This role is likely to be suitable for a second or third jobber with experience in career development for the 14-19 years old audience.
