Biography

Nigel started his career in the NHS as an apprentice 37 years ago. He is an advocate of life long learning developing his career alongside his qualifications. It the early part of his career he worked in a range of hospitals within facilities and general management roles.  In more recent years he has worked with Blackpool Wyre and Fylde Foundation Trust, the NHS University, skills For Health and now NHS Employers where he leads on workforce capacity, supply and NHS Careers.
