Interactive session examining the Adjustment process, both in context of last year's period of activity and looking ahead to August 2010. Delegates will hear detailed analysis of applicants who took part in the 2009 process; where they moved from, where they moved to and under what conditions. The intricacies of Adjustment will be identified - investigating the rules of eligibility, understanding the deadlines involved and how the process is managed through Track. The session will conclude with a look ahead to this year's Adjustment period in August.
