Mr Paul Fletcher - Director for Policy and Development, Rathbone

 The workshop will provide a summary of a major research into NEET carried out by Rathbone and the Nuffield Foundation - the Engaging Youth Enquiry. It will examine the reasons why young people become NEET, offering effective strategies for reducing NEET and making recommendations for policy development. The workshop will also seek to explore the implications of the Rathbone / Nuffield research with Raising the Participation Age.
