Formerly known as 'Admissions to Higher Education', CRAC’s flagship conference has traditionally provided a wealth of up-to-date and timely information to careers, admissions and guidance professionals at all levels since 1964. The 2007 event built on this, providing seminars and course-specific workshops on entry to higher education.
However, CRAC is also keen to cater for those careers practitioners working with young people considering options outside of, or a different route towards, traditional higher education. Therefore CRAC widened the remit of the conference to cater for practitioners seeking to work with a broader cross section of school and college leavers.

The conference programme reflected the balance of choices made by young people entering each route.
Along with workshops, seminars and discussion forums which allowed participants to explore core issues and gain invaluable professional development and insight, the Decisions conference provided ample opportunity to network with colleagues from both the 14-19 and HE sectors.
