Job Title: Programme Development Manager


Reports to:             Head of 14-19
 
Job Purpose:         To develop, manage and deliver programmes for a range of CRAC's clients

1.         Innovation
  • Designing and developing learning materials and training interventions in response to the changing needs of CRAC’s customers.
  • Contributing to the research, validation and development of new ideas, activities, products and services in response to 14-19 policy.
  • Investigating and developing funding streams in support of CRAC’s activities in the sector.
  • Participating fully in the implementation of change, finding new ways to develop CRAC’s products and services. 
2.         Informed and Informative
  • Undertaking desk, face to face, and telephone research in support of the development of CRAC products and business proposals.
  • Analysing data and translating it into clear and cogent reports.
  • Disseminating knowledge and ideas within other areas of activity within CRAC.
  • Supporting team members to ensure that objectives are met.
  • Networking with CRAC's customers to inspire confidence in the organisation and in CRAC's products and services.

  • Managing and liaising with project partners and contract holders, developing creative partnerships.
  • Working with colleagues to promote a culture within CRAC which is positive, effective and highly motivated.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and customers to ensure quality of CRAC products.

  • Raising revenue against targets set for existing products and/or services.
