InsightPlus™ Schools & Colleges InsightPlus aims to improve employability skills and retention rates among 14-19 year olds. It is a unique programme as it uses the learning potential of work activities, such as part-time jobs or volunteering, in which students are already engaged to increase their motivation for lifelong learning as well as their awareness of their own skills. Participants work towards a qualification from the Institute of Leadership and Management. |
