CRAC has worked with undergraduates for over 40 years with the aim of improving their employability and their career development skills. Entering higher education is now a substantial investment of time and money, and 'getting a good job' is a priority for many of those who do. Working with HE careers services and employers, CRAC helps undergraduates to identify and articulate their skills and aspirations, giving them an understanding of their own capabilities as well as of the workplace.

 

CRAC's programmes for undergraduates directly involve course tutors and team facilitators from the world of work who provide valuable insights into the various industries in which they work - as well as act as role models for participants.
