Knowledge Transfer
|
Building awareness and momentum around career development issues drives CRAC's knowledge transfer agenda. We create networks, conduct research and host conferences and events to generate discussion and to inform career development practice.
Our membership network comprises employers, professional bodies, careers services, careers practitioners, schools, colleges and universities. Bringing together these diverse stakeholders affords CRAC an unrivalled opportunity to hear from all perspectives on important educational and workforce related issues, such as meeting specific industry skills needs and the creation of new qualifications. |

CRAC develops new research projects each year, looking at emerging themes in career development. Research is conducted both independently and on behalf of clients; we also work closely with NICEC Fellows, careers research professionals with a wealth and breadth of experience.
We also produce a national conference programme each year around themes ranging across the lifelong learning spectrum. Our conferences offer a blend of plenary inputs and workshop sessions, and bring together a wide range of participants from education and other key stakeholders to share and compare learning, examine real case studies and debate the latest thinking. The networking at these events is second-to-none thanks to the calibre of participants that we attract.
