Vitae is a non-profit programme managed by the Careers Research & Advisory Centre (CRAC) Limited, an educational charity based in Cambridge. Vitae works with researchers and researcher developers in the UK and internationally to promote, develop, deliver and evidence the career and professional development of researchers.
We seek a talented person to join our team. Working primarily within the Engagement and Policy team, the post holder will support and coordinate the delivery of a variety of Vitae and CRAC events, projects, and activities, including the delivery of Vitae’s annual conference and the administration of an international award for universities.
We would like to fill the vacancy as a part time position for an experienced events co-ordinator or a full time position for an events administrator, we offer flexible working and would like to you to specify on application how you would like to fulfil the role.
The ideal candidate will have experience in event/project/programme coordination and delivery, excellent administrative, organisational and interpersonal skills, a capacity for prioritisation and multi-tasking, and the flexibility and enthusiasm to achieve successful outcomes.
