Job title: Membership Experience Manager (Maternity Cover)

Location: Cambridge (hybrid)

Contract: Maternity Contract (Full or Part-Time Considered)

Salary: £32,000 to £37,000 per annum (Grade 3)

We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Membership Experience Manager to join our team at Vitae, a programme managed by the Careers Research and Advisory Centre (CRAC), on a maternity cover basis.

In this role, you’ll lead the development and delivery of a high-quality, engaging membership journey - ensuring our diverse community feels supported, valued and inspired. You’ll work across the organisation to enhance member satisfaction, retention and growth, while driving uptake of our products and services.
